Whether you’re confirming a pregnancy or coming for prenatal care, we offer free ultrasounds from licensed sonographers to help you better understand what happens during your pregnancy.

Unexpected
Pregnancy?

Whenever you have sex, there is always a chance of pregnancy.
Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman however, one of the most significant symptoms of pregnancy is a delayed or missed period. You may experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. Sometimes, it is possible you may not experience any symptoms for a few weeks.

What Are
My Options?

If you are pregnant, you have three options to consider: parenting, adoption, and abortion. Often, women find it helpful to talk with someone about all their options.

Resources for Women offers confidential support and is available to provide you accurate information about all pregnancy options. We do not perform or refer for abortions.

Where Should
I Start?

Your Client Advocate, trained in pregnancy and parenting options, will guide you through your free pregnancy test and will provide you with medically accurate information regarding all of your options.

Resources for Women serves the communities of North San Antonio, including Selma, Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, Garden Ridge, and the surrounding areas.
